Warranty - All AuroraBox 60 Pro Models come with a 2-Year Warranty.
Any defects due to manufacturing we will fix or replace parts for. If the entire unit arrives damaged, please reach out to us at help@tundratribe.com or on our contact page. Sometimes we may have to file a shipping claim with our carriers, which can take a few business days.
If a part of your product does not work, please reach out and we can troubleshoot it first.
If there is a break due to user error, please reach out and we can see if we can help fix the issue.

After warranty period, we can help provide discounts for parts if anything breaks, but the proprietary bulbs and wavelengths we developed should last up to 3-4 years if using the panel for multiple sessions per week and keeping it in good care.
If you are using daily, the bulbs are capable to last approximately 2-3 years.
These devices are incredibly high-grade materials designed to boost red light benefits stronger than competitors. This means more strength + benefits power can over-time cause the bulbs to become weaker over the years.
