Tundra Tribe Warranty & Responsibility Policy

When you choose Tundra Tribe, you're not just purchasing a wellness product—you’re joining a movement focused on elite recovery, resilience, and personal growth. We stand behind every item we ship with our Tribe Warranty, designed to keep your wellness journey on track.


WARRANTY COVERAGE

Each product is backed by our Full Parts & Performance Warranty, which covers:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Damages that occur during transit
  • Non-user-related malfunctions during the warranty period

If something goes wrong due to a production error or damage during delivery, we will replace or repair your unit or parts at no cost. We will never make you pay for our mistake.

  • Hydrovault™ Chiller – 180 Days
  • Tundra Hut™ Steam Sauna – 180 Days
  • Tundra Megatub™ Cold Plunge Tub – 180 Days
  • Tundra Tub™ XL Pod – 60 Days
  • Aurorabox 60 Pro – 365 Days

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use or misuse of the product

  • Failure to follow written instructions provided in the user manual or on the official website

  • Damage caused by chemical additives (including but not limited to chlorine, salt, bromine, alcohol, or cleaning agents)

  • Corrosion or failure due to hard water, untreated well water, or unfiltered water systems

  • Water damage resulting from indoor use of products designed for outdoor or semi-outdoor use

  • Continuous 24/7 operation beyond our recommended intermittent-use guidelines

  • Damage due to freezing or environmental exposure beyond operating parameters

  • Issues resulting from using products in unauthorized modifications or third-party setups

  • Damage caused by lack of general maintenance or inspection of fittings and connections

  • Use in commercial environments without written approval or upgraded equipment specs


USER RESPONSIBILITY & DISCLAIMER

Using any Tundra Tribe product is done at your own risk. By purchasing and using our equipment, you agree to the following:

  • It is your responsibility to read and follow all instructions provided.

  • If you are using products indoors or in moisture-sensitive environments (such as carpeted spaces), proper preparation must be taken to prevent potential water damage or carpet getting soaked.

  • If a leak occurs on any product, wrap tape should be used around fittings or product should be inspected with our support team remotely via help@tundratribe.com. Tundra Tribe is not responsible for leak damage or surrounding areas. *Caution: Slip Hazard if water is near products* Please make sure all setup features and instructions are followed.

  • We strongly recommend consulting your homeowners insurance provider for potential coverage or protection for incidents related to any product use if you plan to have a permanent setup for a sauna or cold plunge product.

  • Products should be monitored during operation and should never be left running when unattended.


CHEMICALS & CORROSION WARNING

No salt water, chlorine, bromine, or corrosive chemicals should be used. Doing so voids all warranties. While some light food-grade additives (like hydrogen peroxide) may be used sparingly, users must understand that chemical interaction with brass, plastic, or stainless steel components can lead to damage.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE EXPECTATIONS

As with any water-based system, regular maintenance is required to maintain safety and performance. This includes:

  • Keeping debris and sediment out of the system
  • Replacing filter cartridges as needed
  • Checking fittings regularly
  • Inspecting for signs of corrosion or leaks
  • Fully powering off the unit at least once per week for a 24-hour resting cycle

Failure to follow these basic maintenance steps may result in decreased performance or potential product failure.


ISSUE RESOLUTION PROCESS

If you experience an issue:

  1. Reach out to our team via the contact page or at help@tundratribe.com.

  2. Provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos or videos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review the case and determine whether a warranty replacement or parts shipment applies.

  4. If your issue falls outside warranty, we will still assist you with discounted parts or guidance on how to repair or replace the necessary components.


RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Tundra Tribe will not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury caused by improper use or installation

  • Water or mold damage from indoor operation

  • Electrical or fire hazards caused by altered wiring, frayed cables, or exposure to moisture

  • Damage resulting from use of third-party equipment or accessories not approved by Tundra Tribe
