Tundra Tribe Warranty

When you choose AuroraBox, you’re not just buying a device—you’re building a daily light ritual. We stand behind our panels with a clear, fair warranty so you can focus on feeling better, not worrying about “what if something breaks.”

What’s Covered

All AuroraBox panels come with a Full Parts & Performance Warranty that covers:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Damage that happens during shipping
  • Non-user-related malfunctions during the warranty period

If something goes wrong because of how the unit was built or how it was shipped, we’ll repair or replace the unit or parts at no cost to you. We’ll never make you pay for our mistake.

Warranty Periods (AuroraBox Line)
  • AuroraBox 60 Pro (ABX60) – 2-Year Warranty
  • AuroraBox Pro Portable Models – 1-Year Warranty
  • AuroraBox 400, 500, 600 / Clinic Units – 1-Year Warranty

LED Lifespan & Normal Wear

Our panels use high-grade, high-output LEDs. Like any powerful light source, they very slowly lose intensity over years of use—that’s normal and expected.

  • With multiple sessions per week and good care, LEDs are designed to last 3–4 years or more.
  • With daily use, expect roughly 2–3 years of strong output before gradual, normal dimming begins.

This slow, long-term dimming is considered normal wear and tear and is not treated as a defect. If you ever feel performance has dropped off faster than it should, reach out—we’re happy to help you troubleshoot. When the unit is less powerful a few years from now, we can also help you replace it with our latest models at a discount!

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or operation outside of our guidelines, including (but not limited to):

  • Dropping or mishandling the unit
  • Water or liquid exposure (spills, splashes, using in bathrooms with heavy steam, etc.)
  • Using the panel in saunas, steam rooms, or high-heat environments
    • Do not place AuroraBox in saunas over 150°F. If you have a sauna over this temperature and still want to use your panel, place it 1 inch away from the glass door. Glass can dissipate NIR, but can transmit RL wavelengths relatively close to full strength. Reach out to us for your setup and we can help assist!
    • Do not use inside steam rooms or other wet areas
  • Using harsh chemicals or sprays directly on the panel
  • User-performed repairs, opening the housing, or modifying wiring/components
  • Continuous 24/7 operation that goes beyond typical intermittent use
  • Electrical issues caused by improper outlets, power surges, or third-party equipment

If something breaks due to clear user error or accidental damage, it’s not covered under the warranty, but we’ll still do our best to help with discounted parts, repair options, or guidance.

How to Use Your Warranty

If you have an issue with your AuroraBox:

  1. Contact us:
Email help@tundratribe.com or use the contact page on our website.

  2. Share details:
Include your order number, model, a short description of what’s happening, and photos or a quick video if possible.

  3. Troubleshoot first:
Our support team will walk you through simple checks (power, settings, remote, outlet, etc.) to confirm whether it’s a defect, shipping damage, or something else.

  4. Resolution:

    • If it’s covered by warranty → we’ll repair or replace the unit/parts at no cost.

    • If it’s outside warranty or due to user damage → we’ll still work with you on discounted parts or a fair repair/replacement option.

For shipping damage, we may need to file a claim with the carrier, which can take a few business days—but we’ll keep you in the loop the whole time.
