The 60-Day Promise
We've seen the data. Most customers feel the difference between week 4-6.
So here's our promise: use AuroraBox for at least 59 days in a row. If you don't feel a meaningful difference by day 60, we'll refund you. Offer only available in the Continental US.
We're confident enough in this product to ask you to give it a real chance — and we're fair enough to make it easy if it doesn't work for you.
And after the 60 days are up, you're still covered under our long-term warranty if anything goes wrong with the product itself.
Applicable for AuroraBox 60 Pro only, the Pro Portable is a non-returnable product unless a defect occurs.
How to start a return
If you'd like to return your panel, email us at help@tundratribe.com to start the process. We'll send you a free return shipping label and instructions for sending the panel back.
A few things to know before you ship it:
- The panel must not be damaged
- All parts, add-ons, and instructions must be included
- The panel must be in its original packaging
- Items sent back without contacting us first won't be accepted
- If parts are missing when we receive the return, a restocking and repackaging fee will apply
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing can add a few extra days on their end.
If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't seen the refund, email us at help@tundratribe.com and we'll track it down.
Damaged or wrong item on arrival
Inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or wrong, email us at help@tundratribe.com with photos right away — we'll make it right.
If the packaging itself was damaged in transit, we need photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim.
Broken or missing parts after use
If something on your panel breaks or stops working, you don't need to send the whole thing back. In most cases we'll just ship you a replacement part.
Email help@tundratribe.com with photos of the issue and our team will respond with next steps.
What's covered, what isn't
The 30-Day Promise covers:
- Orders shipped to addresses in the continental United States
The 30-Day Promise does not cover:
- Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, or any country outside the U.S.
- Sale items
- Gift cards
International orders are final sale — no returns, no refunds. Before ordering internationally, please make sure you're aware that an adapter may be required for your outlets. AuroraBox ships with a standard U.S. AC power cord.
