Impossible! But if you really don't want your Tub after receiving it, here's the deets:
If you are unhappy with your Tub for any reason, you have 45-days to return it for a refund. Please Note: The product needs to be in unused condition. (i.e. there was a rip, hole, etc. before use)
If the tub is used, please contact us and we will see how we can help. If you are missing a part, please contact us and we will ship it to you.

Sometimes, something might go missing, you may even break something for some reason, but if you bought direct from our website here we will do something to help you out. Missing a pump? Broke a support rod? We got you covered!
First, you add water. You can stick a hose above and fill it up, or use the nozzle to get closer to a spout in order to fill it up. Or you can scoop buckets of water from your nearest river (if you feel like a challenge).
Next, the amount of ice needed highly depends on your tap water temperature, the climate you live in, and how cold you desire it to be. If you live in colder climates, adding ice may not even be needed!
We recommend grabbing & adding about 15 to 40lbs (7-18kg) of ice to the Tub per chill sesh depending on the initial water temperature.
With every tub you get 3 Refillable Ice Packs, which add up to 20+ pounds of ice when frozen solid. These are the white pouch-looking bags that are in the Tundra Box. We added these in, because we don't want you to have to always run out to buy ice all the time! (Please only fill them 75% or they will explode when frozen solid)
If your temp is below 59°F (15°C) that's a great start to get the benefits rolling in!
