RETURNS

Wellness Products:

30-Day Free Returns for unused, non-sale items. We do not accept returns on wellness products that are used, in order to comply with strict health & safety standards.

Apparel & Gear:
30-Day Free Returns. After 30-Days Shipping & Repack Fees, (case by case basis, please email us)

Restocking charges apply if a returned product is not returned in it's original packaging or there is damage not due to a defect or company mishandling. If there is carrier damage or issues, please reach out to us.

Warranty
Each product comes with a Full Tribe Warranty that covers the full cost and replacement or repair of any damaged or defective products, whether it happened during transit, manufacturing or on our watch. You will not have to pay for our mistake, ever... We have your back!

The PIT includes a 90-day warranty, but does not include user damage or normal wear and tear in the warranty. If the product is fully setup for the first time, please inspect before using for any product defects. If you have a last-minute event and had to use the product for time constraints, please reach out and we can see how we can help resolve any issues.

Compatible with the Hydrovault Chiller or two Hydrovault Chillers.

If you need replacement parts, please reach out and we can discount the replacement parts.

Using corrosive products, harsh chemicals can void warranty of chillers, please be certain to read all instructions if you plan to attach a chiller.
