Restocking charges apply if a returned product is not returned in it's original packaging or there is damage not due to a defect or company mishandling. If there is carrier damage or issues, please reach out to us.
Warranty
Each product comes with a Full Tribe Warranty that covers the full cost and replacement or repair of any damaged or defective products, whether it happened during transit, manufacturing or on our watch. You will not have to pay for our mistake, ever... We have your back!
The Megatub Comes with a 180-Day Full Parts & Performance Warranty.

Our support is 7 days a week, but if we don't get to you right away, we always respond within about 8-12 hours from when your email is received. Weekdays we have super-fast email support from 9am-5pm.
If you need replacement parts after the 180-day period, please reach out and we can discount the replacement parts even after the warranty period.
Using corrosive products, harsh chemicals can void warranty of chillers, please be certain to read all instructions if you plan to attach a chiller.
