Description
Enhanced Cooling Efficiency
The HYDROVAULT 1HP compressor delivers rapid and consistent water chilling for optimal cold therapy. Ranges of temps start at 0°C+. It is recommended to stay between 39°F-59°F (about 4°C-15°C) for longevity of the HYDROVAULT for cold plunging.
Durable & Heavy-Duty (but not water proof)
Constructed to withstand rigorous use, the HYDROVAULT is Heavy Duty and comes securely packaged in a protective wooden casing with premium corrugated cardboard surrounding.
Versatile Compatibility
Perfectly pairs with TUNDRA MEGATUB XXL and TUNDRA TUB XL, and connects easily to most other ice bath systems through I/O Ports on the edge of cold plunge tubs.
Precision Touch Control
Features a touchscreen LED operation to lock in and dial your plunge temperature to just the right degree. Get your body ready for that OH BOY feeling as soon as you hop in at these cold temps!
Easy Installation & Low Power Draw
Simple setup with clear instructions ensures you can start chilling quickly and effortlessly. We took a long time to perfect this chiller, so that all you have to worry about is how often you can take the plunge!
Filtration & Replacement Filter
Don't forget to install the blue and white colored filter in the filtration cup before using, and make sure to remove the backup filter from the storage area. More filters will be available for purchase here on site also when you need. We recommend using each filter for about 1-2 months or until it becomes increasingly nasty (if you are using some gross water... that can happen quick!). Please use hose/tap/clean water for the initial fill-up.
Safety Focused & Easy to Clean
Designed with multiple safety features, including overheat protection and stable operation guidelines for worry-free use. If there is any condensation or excess humidity/water that gets into your Hydrovault, you can always unscrew the top metal portion of the machine (Caution: first unplug from wall and let cool down for 12 hrs), and then use tissue paper to wipe down/absorb excess water or droplets inside. Please be very careful not to mess with any wiring, hoses or internal parts. Only do this if you are handy, and never have the unit connected when you do this. This can be an annual "wipe-down" or bi-annual if you choose to do so.

We have heavily discounted this product to get chillers of this magnitude to be within reach for real people, and not just pro athletes. Please note that our support is 7 days a week, but if we don't get to you right away, we always respond within about 8-12 hours from when your email is received. Weekdays we have super-fast email support from 9am-5pm.
If you need replacement parts after the 180-day period (such as the connectors, hoses, or other light mechanical parts), please reach out and we can discount the replacement parts even after the warranty period.

If you’re running your plunge system around the clock, we understand your needs are unique. While our current chiller offers exceptional performance and remains the most affordable option on the market, its built-in temperature regulator is optimized for intermittent use. For long-term reliability, we recommend operating the unit only when needed (do not leave running all hours).
For users who require continuous, 24/7 operation, we are actively developing an integrated backstop system designed specifically for heavy-duty use. In the meantime, many of our commercial partners have enhanced their setups with an external digital temperature controller to stabilize the water temperature and help recalibrate the internal system over time.

For New Customers:
To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Hydrovault and Megatub cold plunge, please avoid adding chemicals, salt, or other corrosive minerals to your water. Harsh additives can damage internal components over time.
You can use very light Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide, but do not overuse, and we still recommend cleaning your tub monthly if it is used often. The chiller will handle most of the cleaning and filtration as long as the back switch is set to "on" while it's plugged in.
When cleaning, simply detach your Hydrovault from your Megatub and either treat the water until mineral deposits dissipate or empty and refill the tub with fresh water.
If you notice any corrosion on the connector pieces, it may indicate a high mineral or salt content—please contact us for replacement connectors and consider using a more purified water source.
For optimal performance and longevity, our Hydrovault chiller is engineered for intermittent use rather than continuous 24/7 operation. Running the unit non-stop can lead to over-cooling, and gradual wear on the internal temperature regulator, reducing its accuracy over time.
We recommend activating the chiller a few hours before your planned plunge and allowing it to rest periodically (at a minimum, 24 hours in a row at the end of each week).
