Previously cold plunges & saunas were a secret of those super-freak health experts, and they didn't let the world know until recently. But they're still too pricey. Our mission is to destroy their pricing, allow everyone to get the benefits and to promote a safe and growing environment for all of our Tribe members. We don't just do wellness. We fling our fabulous portable ice baths & steamy hot saunas to the USA and its territories, and even sprinkle some across the globe.
📦 Dispatch Central
Our bustling ice fortress is nestled in New Jersey. We partner with UPS, USPS, and a few other cool carriers to get you your freeze ASAP.
🚚 Shipping Times
Continental USA (The Main 48): Zippy 2-5 days.
Hawaii, Alaska, islands, and those snazzy military bases: 7-9 days.
Canada & Mexico: 7-12 days of eager anticipation.
Europe (most spots): 7-14 days. Blame the castles and dragons.
Other Frosty Frontiers (Asia, Australia, New Zealand & more): About 10-14 days.

If Mr. Mailman seems to have played a sneaky trick, don't panic. Sometimes packages play hide 'n' seek near mailboxes, with well-meaning family members, or even cozy up with neighbors. If tracking says “Delivered” but you're empty-handed, it’s detective time! Scout around, ring up your local post office, or prod the delivery company. And if your sleuth skills fail, we’re always here to help!

Impossible! But if you really don't want your Tub or your Hut after receiving it, here's the deets:
If you are unhappy with your Tub/Hut for any reason, you have 45-days to return it for a refund. Please Note: The product needs to be in unused condition. (i.e. there was a rip, hole, etc. before use)
If the tub/hut is used, please contact us and we will see how we can help. We may charge a fee. If you are missing a part, please contact us and we will ship it to you for no extra charge.

We recommend grabbing & adding 15-40lbs (7-18kg) of ice to the Tub per chill sesh depending on the initial water temperature.
The amount of ice needed highly depends on your tap water temperature, the climate you live in, and how cold you desire it to be. If you live in colder climates, adding ice may not even be needed! 🥶
Since the tub is insulated and has a cover, so it will keep the water cold for longer. You may not even need to add as much ice after the first time!
We recommend cleaning/draining your tub every week or every other week depending on how filthy it gets.
